I want to start by saying I am a first time patient here with Fenton, to start I went to the wrong location then go directed to their studio dentist office . At first I was nervous because I had my daughter and I didn’t know where I was going, but upon arrival I was welcomed by so many warm smiles and positive energies. I have a one year old and len was absolutely a sweet heart she held my daughter watching ms. rachel as I got my x rays done, kellsey was just as patient as can be with me as I was moving like a chicken with my head cut off .

and finally dr. jones and tye were also so sweet and welcoming to both me and my daughter they too were as patient as anyone can be to a young mom with a baby . I appreciated this experience so much because it so rare to find kind hearted people in this line of work but definitely glad I got relocated to this dentist office and so glad to have been helped by such selfless people .

I always have a great experience, that's why I keep going back after all of these years. My mother and 4 year old daughter enjoy their visit's, as long as it's just a cleaning. 😁. Also, very clean.

Staff are friendly and respectful. The doctor explained the importance of what I need to get to save my teeth and give me time to think about it and plan for it. I really appreciate their understanding.

Review has now changed. Thought I would have a better experience by going back to the studio location but after they called me yet again to change my appointment which is in less than a week, because they have a training scheduled and think that people are just supposed to maneuver their schedules around theirs. . I think not!!! Get your scheduling and calendars in order! They've lost another patient because I will not be going back. Fenton family dental needs to get their stuff together!! This is Ridiculous!! If you didn't know your team had a training schedule for that day that's not my problem that's your problem and you should be working around your patients schedule so no I'm not going to adjust my time to come to another appointment that is convenient for the. I have a job to work! So 4 strikes you are out!! Review below is no longer current and voided. This is specifically for "Fenton Studio". .

. NOT the original location. I will say if it wasn't for the staffs professionalism, understanding and exceptional customer service, this would have been my last time at Fenton. This is the 3rd time that the original location in Clinton has messed up my appointment or had me waiting beyond my appointment. This 3rd time was the last straw for me. Made my appointment a few weeks ago and even initially requested an appointment at the studio because of the good experience that my family had there and I wasn't aware that they had opened a nearby location, but I was told they didn't have anything available at that time so I made my appointment with the original location that I've been coming to for years. I haven't been in a couple of years because I was turned off and disappointed the last few imes that I made an appointment with them. Decided to give them another chance recently.

I was early for my appointment and still did not get seen on time and was told that they were behind and they offered for me to go to the other location which is the studio. This definitely annoyed me as this is the third time that I've come to this location and have had issues or a long waiting time for my appointment so I decided to go across the street to the studio but I was also in the process of looking for a new dentist office while waiting. I know I came in a little irritated and unhappy at the studio office and that wasn't towards anyone that worked at that location but it was due to my irritation level and unsatisfactory of the original location. . . . wasted 30 min sitting there and then told I can go to another location to get seen sooner. Even though I was not too happy when I walked in because of the fact that I had to go to a different location, after waiting for a while, everyone there was very pleasant and nice and ensured that my visit with them would be a positive experience
