Jan 14 terrible service not helpful the Chinese receptionist did a helpful job with healthy smile she started to upgrade it for me but I forgot my health card, so she said I could go back another day which I took time off work. Upon arrival I saw two different receptionist I told them about the upgrade they say they couldn’t help me. i must go on line. They are terrible.

As a result I lost a day from work. I will never go back I found a different dental office.

I would like to say thank you to Sophie manager and her receptionists at the tooth corner on Kennedy road . I have a special need son fear with dentist and hygienist’s . For years, my son seen many hygienist's and dentist’s they used to say the only way they could help , was to have my son be sedation, because of my son fear he didn’t want to put asleep . i travel years to many dental clinic and nobody could help my son . They all said that my son should be sedation. Until a few months ago, I brought my son to the tooth corner.

He did see a few hygienist. They try their best, but they did not give up on him. The receptionist ,dental manager Sophie had patient and did not give up on my son. there’s a lot of love and compassion in this dental office towards their patients. The good news is after a few months a new hygienist arrived at the tooth corner dental clinic Ariana she is fantastic, She knows how to be with disability people fear of dentist. Now my son after seeing her twice , he started to have conversation with her and spent much longer time cleaning his teeth.

I hope Ariana don’t leave this clinic. It’s been years finding someone like you . For many years it’s been stressful for me . Thank you to the owner to have a remarkable team. Felicia

I WILL NEVER GO BACK! always been hesitant to give this clinic a try due to their place very disorganized, long wait on your appts , either they confirmed the schedule and failed to book you for appt. very inconvenient! on top of that, staffs seems to not care cleaning the place. washroom looks very unsanitary. Dr Javier is the only reason I wanted to book for my second appt because she is sweet and very gentle… well recommended.

However, I would never go back after I spoke to the receptionist today named “Stephanie” sounded very passive aggressive when you’re just asking for a follow up in regards with your insurance as the other staffs keeps telling me they’re going to call me back and never did. One said , she didn’t submit or call because they are busy…Understandable however they made it seems like it is the least priority. They could’ve said from the start they wouldnt be able to coz it’s never been a problem submitting it on my own but instead the other receptionist insisted she can submit it and took my information. This employee Stephanie said also that they do not submit claims so it is very confusing.

Employees needs further training when it comes to customer service as it seems they lack on it .

READ TO THE END!!!! Gotta love this one! 2022 I call them butchers! Went in for a tooth extraction. There was nothing else that could’ve been done. They talked me into a root canal and saving it, putting me through the pain of that with a specialist, I get back to the office for the dentist to tell me there’s a cavity. Didn’t think after a root canal how could there be a cavity so she filed it down pretty much showing half a tooth and plastered the white stuff to my gums. Two days later, I went in crying and guess what they pulled the tooth. Four stitches they ripped had to go back for four more stitches. Then when my teeth needed more work. I found an emergency clinic that was amazing. He looked at the x-ray where they did the root canal from the very beginning and said are you kidding that should’ve been pulled. So signed off on $8000 to Ontario disability and then they wonder why people are getting denied because Dentist are eating up their money. Needed a molar pull called my new Dentist. they didn’t take ODSP anymore so I went back to the tooth corner on Kennedy and Ellesmere. My tooth chipped on the Monday I told them I needed a tooth extraction so they booked me in for the Thursday which was already four days and I was upset.

To my surprise, I get there Thursday and the dentist that was there doesn’t pull teeth, but I do have many cavities and she did fix four and scheduled me in on April 3 for five more and then all my cavities would’ve been felt. In the meantime, waiting two weeks my appointment was booked for Sunday, March 30. They had to cancel it and book me in for the 31st. She had such a hard time 40 minutes to pull half a tooth because half of it was missing used excessive force that it ruptured my sinus walls. Immediately after she did it, my nose sounded like I had a cold, not even thinking nothing of it till I got home and googled it. Once the bleeding stopped, I slowly went in because I knew something was weird to my surprise. She left the tooth in it wasn’t fully extracted. And there’s actual air going in from the open wound of my tooth into my nostril from the excessive force and ruptured my sinus cavity wall or whatever it’s called. I called next available appointment was April 9. It takes a month to pull a tooth and they can’t even get that right. The reason I found this out was because I started to rinse my mouth with salt water and as I was doing that on the side that the tooth was pulled, the water was literally like a faucet coming out of my nose. Because it was going through the hole of my tooth while half of the tooth because half is still covered with the tooth that’s still inside and just pouring out of my nostril. so I googled it and to my surprise, she used such excessive force which I did feel because it took 40 minutes to pull half a tooth because half of it was gone and she didn’t even get the inside.

Now I am kind of stuck in between what am I going to do? I’m gonna end up having to go to emergency and figure this all out because my sinuses now are exposed to bacteria from my mouth the very little food I can’t eat that is liquid and I would never trust them to touch my teeth again. They did take an x-ray after they pulled the tooth. How did they not see the tooth at this point that there was still part of my tooth left in the hole and it’s a huge hole because it’s my back top molar on my left side. I’m crying I’m stuck. I really don’t even know what or where to go. I have had nothing nothing but problems with them. I called them the butchers. I finally found a dentist that was amazing because I have bad teeth. He did pull too. They didn’t even bleed when he pulled them. This one here was still bleeding from 11 in the morning until 9 o’clock at night pouring blood and then when I lied down, it was obviously going into my sinuses and down my throat. My throat is killing me, and I’m gonna end up in the emergency at Scarborough General Hospital, thank you tooth corner for nothing.
