I have a major fear of the dentist, but the staff were super friendly and made the experience so much more comfortable. The receptionist, hygienist and assistant were all very kind and professional. Dr. Ghaly (I hope I spelt that right) was also very friendly, kind and efficient. He took great care with my teeth and provided pain-free care. I'm really happy to have found this office!

By a significant degree, this was the worst dental experience I've ever had.

- By far the most painful cleaning I've ever had - Archaic-looking technology - Level of staff professionalism noticeably less than other places I've been to - Multiple signs around saying that you'll be charged if you don't cancel your appointment within a certain time - Dingy atmosphere (including acoustic tiles missing in places) - Had a filling done where--once I got home and my mouth wasn't numb--I saw and was able to feel a bunch of hardened filling material hanging off the side of the tooth - Had a different filling done that was half-attached due to insufficient decay removal underneath (had I not gone to another dentist that was able to help me discover this, I don't want to know know how much more my tooth would've decayed without me knowing) - Had another filling done--which I don't think needed to be done as there was no pain there--that's caused me a still-undiagnosed pain for over 2 months (to be fair they tried to fix it once, at no cost to me) There are a few 5-star-rated dentist offices in the area; I highly suggest you check them out first

The people who work in this office are FANTASTIC!! I have never experienced such kindness, thoroughness and compassion from a dentist. Dr. Alia has a gentle touch and a lovely manner. She is understanding and works with you to work on a plan if you need more than one visit. The hygienist is delightful.

The receptionist is wonderful. They have put together a very caring environment. I highly recommend them! Especially if you are a little nervous about going to the dentist. They simply care so very much!
