If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, that’s not an option. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever dealt with. My treatment was scheduled for an entire year, but they kept pushing it off repeatedly, and it never even started before my insurance ended. Completely unproductive and lacking any support system. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

Incredibly rude front desk lady super condescending blonde woman at the front who is lazy and said she would call me once she got my paperwork and of course never did! I called to check in days later myself. She was very arrogant and refused to take me because of a technicality issue with paperwork that they never informed me I needed. I was the one being disadvantaged by taking my day off from work and now not being able to get my procedure done because of a lack of information on their end.

She was so upset that I didn't have the right information even though I brought everything they told me to as far as I knew and they neglected to inform me of details they know about as medical staff. This lady should definitely be retrained or look for new work outside of human contact.
