I definitely had my reservations going just because my 4yo is not a big fan of the dentist and my 20m old has never gone before. They offered to have them done at the same time, across the hall from one another to shorten our time there. The front staff were so friendly and both dental hygienists were AMAZING with my boys. Even the dentist was wonderful.

Not a single tear was shed from either of them. It was Such a great experience. We will definitely be returning again! Thank you all for being amazing! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had an amazing experience with this office! From their care to the financial side of things they were wonderful to work with! My kiddo went in being terrified after a rough experience elsewhere and came out wanting to go back again right away. Thank you for easing his fear of going to the dentist!!

ya so no one told me i needed a two adult policy. talked to the anesthesiologist and we argued back n fourth she would speak over me. i explained how i do not have a second adult and they know how dire i need my child’s teeth fixed. let alone they could never answer their phone.

dr palmers office gets a hold of me to tell me i need to move to slither dentist knowing my child is on the short notice list and has an appointment next week! i told her to reimburse me for my 50$ i paid out of pocket for for something i already knew my child needed. and that they’re going to let my child’s teeth rot even more because we both don’t know when he can be seen at children’s. n all the lady at the front desk did was laugh at me!
