Dr. Wahib is very personable when he first meets with a TMJ patient, but he stopped communicating with me directly after I bought into his expensive oral appliance, which he said I was supposed to be able to wear for the rest of my life and that it would continue to decrease the pain as I wore it. He had his intern deal with me instead after the purchase; and she was even less knowledgeable.
At first, for me, the appliance helped alleviate some of my pain, but about three months later that pain began to return, and when I called him one excruciating night, asking why my pain was getting worse, he told me to go to the ER despite it being the same type of pain I had initially come to him with. I do NOT recommend him -- no matter how rational he seems to be when you first meet him, stay away if you want to get better instead of worse in the long run.

I did not decide to get braces until my early twenties. I always knew I needed braces, but I was always nervous to talk to someone about it. Dr. Wahib was extremely helpful and comforting in the entire process. I have been told I was one of the more severe cases, I believed my teeth could not be fixed with braces. I will be getting the braces off soon but I still can not believe how great my teeth look. The process has been much easier then expected, when something has gone wrong I am usually able to see Dr.
Wahib quickly. The entire experience has been great so far, I am always greeted when I walk in the office and my appointments are usually right as scheduled. Dr. Wahib always answers any questions I may have, he may actually be more excited then I am to get my braces off. He really does care about his patients. I would definitely recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Wahib seemed really nice and trustworthy, so much so that I convinced my parents to go with his opinion over that of other doctors. Paid a fortune for an acrylic appliance that didn’t do much to reduce my pain and that wore down completely within a few months. My jaw pain and discomfort has been significantly worse since visiting him, and now my jaw clicks which it never did before.
And I never saw him after paying for the appliance, just a nurse who was very kind but I would have appreciated him checking in every couple appointments. Total scammer.

Took my money, but I never got a working orthotic out of him. Was attentive at first, then I never saw him again (just the assistant). Dealing with this medical office was a huge struggle and cost. I wasted a lot of valuable time. The techniques used were unscientific and the treatment was unprofessional.
