I had a terrible experience with this place. The service was extremely unprofessional, and they were not on time at all. I had to wait far longer than expected, with no updates or apologies. On top of that, the staff did not know how to communicate properly with patients.

They were rude, dismissive, and completely lacked empathy. If you value your time and expect to be treated with respect, I would recommend going elsewhere. Definitely not worth the frustration!

The dentist discriminates against pregnant women, just "doesn't like to treat them as patients. " They waited until I was in the seat to tell me this, and no, I didn't need an Xray. Gave benefit of doubt and went back after pregnancy, and honestly, just not worth ever going back. Unprofessional office staff and poorly trained.

I don't mind tattoos, but a visible tattoo of a hand with middle finger up is just unprofessional. Waited an hour for dentist to come in, briefly see teeth and ask if I had any pain, then left the new dental hygienist polish my teeth. She missed sides of my back teeth, kept scratching my face with the polish holder on her finger, and vibrating my front teeth with polish tool. 🙃

-Over one hour wait for dentist -Heard entire conversation dentist had with another patient about their condition— including office personnel pitch how billing would happen depending upon her immediate decision to choose the treatment that day versus waiting till a later date. Sounded like a time share presentation. -This was a new dentist for me. No one mentioned to bring prior X-rays when I made the appointment. They insisted on taking a complete set of their own X-rays before proceeding with the appointment. I mentioned I had X-rays at my dental appointment 6 months prior. I expect I will have to pay for those out of pocket . Carelessness about the financial impact on my pocket book. -Dentist noted an imperfection on tooth at base which has been there for many years (15+) and followed at prior dental office.

Dentist recommended completely shaving tooth to gum to crown it. No mention of comparing to X-rays from other office ,if I retrieved them, for evidence of progressing decay. Wanted to upsell me on a crown. - Staff member came in to polish teeth after dentist finished cleaning. She did not introduce herself. I don’t think she was a hygienist. She did not floss my teeth after polishing. -Dentist told me he wrote a prescription for a toothpaste I could pick up at the pharmacy. Prescription wasn’t submitted to pharmacy for filling until midday the following day.

I called the office twice to ask if they intended to send the prescription . I had been to the pharmacy twice to pick it up and the prescription had not been received. Again no respect for my time . -I wish my old dentist hadn’t dropped my insurance carrier. This office left me with questions of ethics and professionalism. I will not be returning.

Nashi Macaradi

Had an implant placed after losing a tooth. The doctor was calm and thorough, and I didn’t have any major discomfort during or after. Overall, a pretty smooth experience.
