Going to the dentist is really not my idea of a good time, but I love this dental office. I came to this office at a recommendation of a friend a few years ago and I must say Dr Piazza and the dental hygienist I’ve had, Claudia, are approachable, professional, and not at all condescending (which is why I’ve left practices before!).

So I never worry when it’s time for my appointment - I know I’ll be treated respectfully and with good, honest care. Highly recommend!

This place is a joke. Hygienist was diagnosing a nerve issue I have been having before I even sat down in the chair. She had made up her mind what was wrong. And already decided what plan I should take. Haven’t even sat in her chair yet. We got into it because I don’t accept that and then she goes and gets the doctor.

He comes in, shines a flashlight on it for 2 seconds and immediately agrees but also only speculates hypotheticals. Tells me it could be a bad nerve, or tooth fracture. Has ZERO interest in finding out what. And that’s what made me upset. I got ab 5 minutes of their time, zero pictures or X-rays and they were already trying to diagnose, formulate treatment, and pass me along.

Dr. Martin is the reason we come here, he is an amazing with my entire family and our never ending dental issues! Unfortunately the receptionist(blonde woman) needs to be educated in customer service. She is not welcoming let alone helpful. I saw she did not greet anyone who came in and carried the same attitude.

She was nasty and it showed in every action she did while I waited. Not making me want to be here.
