I recently had an appointment with Dr. Cross and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, which immediately put me at ease. The office itself is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free.

The quality of care I received was outstanding, and I’m very happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Cross and the Towne Dental team to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist. I will definitely be returning for my future dental needs!

I had a wonderful experience starting from Debbie. She was able to get me an emergency appointment when I had the worst tooth ache of my life. I've never been shy to pain and my teeth have had a number of problems but this was nothing I've ever experienced. I then had the pleasure of meeting Jenny (I am so sorry if that's the incorrect name I only heard someone say it) she was a great hygenist that asked a lot of questions and took the time to explain the why. I then ended up with Dr. Wan who I have had a couple encounters with.

He got me an emergency appointment with a specialist, helped with bite relief, got me on antibiotics and has checked in on me regularly. I do have to book follow ups but this is a night and day difference from the incredibly poor care of my previous dentist. Who ruined my tooth to begin with and have botched all my appointments. Thank you sooooo much to this lovely team.

I was a patient of Dr. Cross for years. He was great. Recently I had ann appointment and found out that Dr. Cross had retired while sitting in the dentist chair. Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant visit with his replacement while she treated a cracked tooth which has now left me with long term jaw problems due to a ruptured nerve.

My teeth have also shifted, 3 weeks later I still cant open my jaw fully and will need to see a dental surgeon. When I called the dentist to let her know that I could hardly open my jaw after her treatment she said it was because I clench my teeth. Never before had I faced jaw issues like this which was felt immediately after the freezing wore off. I will most definitely not return nor do I recommend.
