Everybody looking for a new dentist, or wanting to replace one, I highly recommend Dr. Ratliff and his staff. The ladies are courteous, accommodating and friendly. The office has a comfortable cozy layout. They treat you like they are glad you came in and they want you to come back. And the dentist, just let me tell you. I heard him on the radio a while back and was waiting for the opportunity to get to see him.

He has excellent mannerism, (bedside manner) treats you well, takes his time and explains steps and plan of treatment. Asks if you have any questions. Does not rush you out and appreciates you selecting him to provide your dental care. I just love love love me some good customer service and feeling appreciated. If you don't need a dentist, recommend him to anyone you know who does. They will not be disappointed. They will definitely improve your smile 😉 Ms Applegate

Our first visit to this office, everyone was very nice and welcoming! Getting set up as new patients online was easy and quick. Didn’t even have to wait two minutes before getting our exams, immediate seating. Zero pain, we were well cared for, and our shiny clean teeth look and feel great 😁
