I went in today to have an extraction. Everyone was very nice. I can't complain about that at all. My issue is all the damage done to my gums around my tooth and my check. It looks as if when he grabbed the tooth he just grabbed gums and all and pulled im missing chunk of my cheek and am having 100xs more pain from my cheek than the actual tooth. I've had many teeth pulled before and never had this much damage afterwards.

I had my tooth pulled at 11am and here it is 7 hours later and still can't get the bleeding to stop. I understand it's not easy pulling teeth but I've literally never had as much blood or pain come with it. I'm definitely not happy with all the damage and the 1/4 inch cut on both sides of my gums. I'll pay out of pocket next time if this is the type of work fidelis/Medicaid pays for.

Worst dental and office staff EVER!! Office staff say's one thing, MAKES you make appointment before you can even get a cleaning, dental staff says another, and blames everything on office staff and you!!! then says you will be charged. Not at all recommended. Extremely disorganized... Actually Run and do not even consider making an appointment there.

If you lose a filling, forget it! It takes months to get in! They cancel people out of appointments because of lack of staff. If you do book an appointment, good luck getting in because there are only elderly retired dentists that work there and currently no hygienist. They need more staff to ensure that patients get correct timely treatment.

Out of the 33 years that I've been in and out of doctors offices this one gave me my first warm fuzzies! Right to the point told me with no B. S. that this is what needs done. Made sure I understood. Business settled I had a wonderful conversation with the staff and doctor.

He informed me that he absolutely loves his job and I could see how genuine he was. Wonderful experience. My wife, 4 kids and myself have found our new lifelong dental facility. Thank you!
