Just an insurance rip off, they ask me to come back over and over again to not do actually do anything. They just want to milk your insurance. Went to another dentist, did the job in one appointment only. Also the secretary have no clue what they are doing and are very rude.

The one thing for sure is this clinic has lost two patients for good! They have recently changed owners/management & they nothing short of stone cold LIARS! First off I don't think they do a proper cleaning job. Both my kids were ion & out in 10 minutes & they charge $249. 00??? Whatt??? But what really made my blood boil is I specifically asked what my out of pocket expense would be after my insurance covers 80% & I was assured it would be no more the $18 to $20 per child. Instead I get a bill for $63. 00? They refused to budge on the difference despite already milking 249. 00 for a 10 minute quicky. . .
I understand that this is a business & they're here to make money, but why gouge & lie?? It's not the 23. 00 difference here it's really the point of how they went about this. Point blank lying to your customer's face is probably the worst business practice one can do. If you haven't been here stay away if you're already a patient cut your losses & run. . . .

Not coming back here for sure. Work done overstated and overpriced. 30 minute stated while 5 min of actual time worked. Office Receptionist said everything would be covered - It wasn't. I wonder if she ever looked. Even insurance guys said this dentist's rates were high.
Multiple appointments booked at same time with utter disorganization between who goes first and where. People waiting and skipping lines. Non-functioning equipment. Children running around the office right beside dentists working on other children. Would you want to entrust your kid to such disfunction?

My daughter had an appointment today, March 23. Dental assistant Hanna Passa, while preparing the sterile instruments for the dentist, did not use gloves. She dropped a sterile instrument on the floor, picked it up, and placed it with the other sterile instruments. This happened in front of me, and I was shocked.
Parents, please pay attention if you still plan to use this clinic. Observe how the dental assistant prepares the instruments and whether they use gloves.
