I wanted to leave a review as I know how important first-hand testimonials and reviews are these days when trying to select anything from restaurants to healthcare providers. My daughter started coming to this clinic when she was 3 and we have had only positive experiences. She's had to get a chipped front tooth radiographed and Mary the hygienist was amazing at keeping my little one calm and brave since we couldn't be in the room for that portion of the visit. I have severe dental phobia myself and it was important to me to find a dental practice that reassured my little one that the dentist isn't a terrible place. Both Mary and Dr.

Rubinoff seem to care about their patients and clearly communicated to my daughter and us parents what was happening and what they needed her to do (i. e. open wider, look at Olaf, etc).

The entire team from the receptionists, to the hygienists and Dr. Matt himself have only been kind, patient and competent with my son who has extreme anxiety at the dentist. The clinic offers different options to make the procedure as comfortable and painless as possible for your child. On one occasion, we went with a full anaesthesia and had several procedures done quickly and efficiently while my son was comfortably sleeping and overseen by an anaesthesiologist.

With each appointment, my son's anxiety became less. The laughing gas and headphones that allowed my son to listen to his playlist helped get him through the procedures. Dr. Matt is very sensitive to the child's feelings and knows when to push a little more and when to slow down or even leave things for another session.

The staff are always good at pumping up my son's confidence before the procedure and congratulating him on a job well done afterwards. We've had a very good experience at this clinic and I highly recommend Dr. Matt if you had a high anxiety child.

Just had an uncomfortably bad first time appointment with Dr Simon, who took over Dr Rubinoff’s patients. Horrible bedside manner, lack of proper transition, meaning it seemed like Dr Simon didn’t bother looking into our daughter’s dental file (it would show she was past due for a cleaning due to Covid19) because no follow up appointment was given for cleaning until the following year!! Through Dr Rubinoff, we had opted for preventative teeth realignment program to gently straighten my daughter’s teeth as her mouth grew, in order to address overcrowding, and possibly avoid the need for braces in the future, if not then at least the need to extract teeth for braces. We were happy with Dr Rubinoff’s preventative work on our daughter’s teeth since she was a toddler, and are sad to hear he has retired.

The atmosphere at the office was child friendly and welcoming, staff are very friendly and helpful, putting children at ease. Now, everything has changed and staff unhappiness level is palpable. Treehouse Dental has lost another patient thanks to Dr Simon.

Dr. Grinstein is a nice person. But I'm sure if he is professional. It looks that treating my kid's teeth is an endless job. People are nice there, but just cannot solve the problem. I spent lots of money to treat my kid's teeth there.

He did teeth filling and crown treatment, and them these filling comes off again a couple of months later, and crown also failed that my kid's tooth has to be extracted. This clinic just care about how to rip off me. They don't do professional job even the fee charged is high. If you don't want your pour money there and get your kid suffered (they JUST CANNOT solve the teeth problem), avoid my situation.
