I took my daughter today for oral surgery. I was amazed with the staff and Dr. Hsu. The knowledge and passion they have is phenomenal.

Words can’t describe how comfortable he made us feel after a previous traumatic experience at another location (not affiliated with/Triad Kids dental). I am so thankful and grateful for the generosity and bedside manners the staff gave today. Dr. Hsu is the real deal! Blessings!

The staff is wonderful and they take the time to come speak to you and let you know what’s going on. You also have the opportunity to go back with your child and make sure everything is going good. This location is very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend if looking for kids dentist.

My son has an appointment here on a Thursday afternoon at 1 PM. When I arrive, there was only one other person in line. The waiting room was empty. I was given a tablet by front desk staff to complete a questionnaire and to check in for the appointment. The questions were about medication updates, medical updates, and COVID screening. It then had you schedule the next follow up appointment. This entire process with New as this was not the case it’s months ago when I came. The staff person was very friendly. Masks are not currently required and the play area was open. They have two TVs and plenty of chairs.

They also have free WiFi too. We were called back at 1:30pm, which was less than 10 minutes after I completed the form. Landa was the staff person. She introduced herself to my son and told him that she would be taking his height, weight, and blood pressure before he met with the dentist. He also needed to take X-Rays. I heard her engage in conversation while explaining the process for the X-Rays and telling next steps such as her cleaning his teeth prior to meeting with the dentist. She also told him what instruments she will be using. The back area was also pretty empty. I’ve been here twice before and both times were pretty busy. Landa took us to the area we would be so that we could wait while she went and cleaned the X-Ray room.

For the patients, there is a TV on the ceiling for them to watch while services are being provided. At the end of the visit, he got a baggy with a toothbrush, floss, and prize. It also had the school note and information regarding good and bad foods and basic instructions to parents regarding brushing. What’s cool about the toothbrush is that the bristles are green but they turn yellow when it’s time to change it you. I was here for about an hour total. Great experience. All the staff encountered were extremely friendly, including the Dentist herself, which was Dr. Sayed.

Didn’t have to wait long at all the dentist and the assistance were very professional. They went above and beyond to explain to me what needed to be done with my child. I would recommend this place to everyone!!
