I haven’t done my teeth cleaning for about three years. Upon searching Google, I decided to give Triangle Family dentistry a shot. Upon arrival, the overall environment is comfortable and friendly. I filled out the paperwork and was taken to the room for treatment. After doing check-up and X-ray, oral hygienist suggested to get a deep cleaning, which I thought I might need one because I’ve not done teeth cleaning for about three years.

The oral hygienist, Maria, she was very nice and patiently explained every step we gonna take. She also patiently addressed every question I had. The procedure went well and tolerable. Overall, it was a nice and pleasant experience, and would recommend!

I was shocked when I read all the bad reviews. Unfortunately, I read them after my own negative experiences. Where to start… blurry x-rays and being quoted unnecessary procedures. $5,000 quote to address my child’s baby teeth, and $700 fillings that failed within 3 months followed by a repair that lasted a week. Did I mention they offered an expensive option to repair it a third time? Don’t walk but run away.

I haven’t felt this fleeced since being told I needed a deep cleaning requiring a second uncovered visit to continue the cleaning. Caveat emptor. Definitely feels like a corporate cash grab.
