I started coming here in July and I have no complaints! Everyone at the office that’s worked with me is very friendly and respectfully direct. They did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable in my decision to chose them and the anxiety of going to the dentist was gone for me.

They prioritized what was best for me in terms of providing me with the best financial and healthiest option moving forward when it came to deciding between veneers and Invisalign. Invisalign worked great for me and they were there to help me and hold me accountable to receive a great outcome! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks y’all!

Dr. Prathi and her team are absolutely wonderful - I truly can’t express enough how excellent their customer care is! Dr Prathi and her assistants are gentle and incredibly knowledgeable - they care deeply about your comfort and outcome. The Cary Dental Arts practice manager (wishing I knew his name) has been an incredibly helpful resource as I have been dealing with a precarious insurance situation.

I recently had a pain-free root canal for my upper last molar at Cary Dental Arts, and I can’t thank Dr. Pratibha garu enough for the care she provided. She is very patient, listens attentively to your concerns, and addresses every minute detail with utmost care. Initially, I visited the clinic due to very high sensitivity in my molars. I wasn’t even sure whether the issue was in my upper or lower molars.

Dr. Pratibha performed a thorough oral examination with a few diagnostic tests and identified that the pain was coming from the upper molar and that a root canal was needed. Since this was my first major dental procedure, I was quite anxious. But Dr. Pratibha took the time to explain every step of the process, which really helped me feel calm and comfortable.

Throughout the procedure, she continuously checked in to ensure I wasn't feeling any pain or discomfort. The entire procedure was completely painless, and even afterward, I experienced no pain or complications. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients and ensures a comfortable experience at very affordable care , I highly recommend Dr. Pratibha at Cary Dental Arts.
