I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this dental office. For years, I’ve been complaining about pain, but the dentist never took me seriously or did anything to address it. Recently, I was diagnosed with a cavity by another dentist that was completely missed by this one. When I brought up my concerns and asked for help, all he said was, "You should see someone about that.

" Excuse me? You're my dentist, I'm seeing you right now about these issues, and you're just going to brush me off like that? Not only was the lack of empathy astounding, but the complete disregard for my well-being was unprofessional and frustrating. To top it off, he wasn't even going to recommend me to anyone who could actually help. I had to follow up about a referral. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to seek a more caring and competent provider.

Update: my new dentist is great! he gave me a occlusal guard for my tmj pain which worked! Thank goodness… and I just started Invisalign to address my issues. I should've left dr julovich long before things got that bad

Dr. Julovich is so personable and friendly. He made the whole process smooth and welcoming. Christy cleaned my teeth and explained everything and was super delicate as not to cause any pain. She was very friendly and we chatted a lot about our families. The whole experience was easy and painless.
