I really appreciate Cheryl's kind and warm welcome at the front desk. Dr. Woo has been very friendly and makes all of us feel like we've been patients for years with them. Very easy transition from the previous dentist. Love all the updates they've made to their space-we feel very safe, welcomed, and well taken care of.

This is the best dental office I have ever been too! Dr. Woo is amazing and her staff is as well. They are very quick to see me and they make me feel like family. They know me by name when I come into the office.

When I had my wisdom teeth removed, she called to check on me multiple times and gave me her personal cell to call or text her at in case something was wrong. I have never had a dentist or orthodontist that did that for me. I would highly recommend Trio Dentistry for any dental needs and especially if you are looking for a new dentist office!!

Wow! What a phenomenal first impression. I haven't been to the dentist in two years and I felt right at home visiting Trio Dentistry. From my first interaction at the front desk to each stage of my exam, everyone seemed very happy and pleasant to work with. I went in for an exam and taking my x-rays was extremely prompt. The Dental Assistant was very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable during the process. Dr.

Woo then examined me and was very thorough in documenting even the smallest of intricacies with my teeth ensuring we were set up for the correct type of cleaning. She answered any questions I had and helped me feel well informed about my teeth. Now luckily for me there was a cancellation for a cleaning for the time slot after mine and the team asked me if I would like to stay and get my cleaning completed on the same day! I said absolutely and the Dental Hygienist did the most amazing job doing a standard cleaning for me. I just took a look in a mirror and wow my teeth haven't looked this good in a very long time. Lastly in my first-time paperwork I completed online, I marked down that I wanted to look into getting braces. After inspecting my teeth the team at Trio Dentistry made an informed decision and referred me to a trusted Orthodontist! I was recommended Trio Dentistry by my sister and I am so glad I took her advice.

I love how clean the office is, how the staff actually enjoy what they do, and how well taken care of I feel afterwards. If you are deciding between Dentists and you took the time to read this, I guarantee you will feel right at home at Trio. (Thank you Debbie, Ghandi, Julie, and Dr. Woo!)

I have been visiting Dr. Woo for the past year and it has always been a very stellar experience with Dr. Woo and her team. I had done my routine cleaning with Julie in the past and must say it was an amazing experience had nob pain at all. Julie and Dr. Woo were very considerate towards my pain and provided the best customer experience The 1 star is for my most recent visit to the office, someone named Nguyen cleaned my teeth today and she was extremely annoying , unfriendly and rude. 1. She was not at all considerate towards my needs. She didnt even ask me if I was doing ok, seriously these are not the standards of Dr.

Woo' s office and my previous experience with them. 2. She poked me so hard that entire side of my mouth started bleeding. 3. There was no suction pipe applied while cleaning which was way off considering my previous experience with their office. She didnt even offer me cotton to wait for the bleeding to subside, went on an on well hello am I a non person thing to you that you dont see. Seriously she ( Nguyen) is Awful. 4. I raised my hand atleast 20 times telling her to stop stating I was uncomfortable she kept on going.

5. She poked me so hard on the side of my tongue its hurting even hours after the cleaning. 6. She scraped my teeth with the manual tool they used and again no suction was offered and asked me to swallow it no water was given to atleast gargle. Well hello? 7. She kept on pushing me for additional treatment when the cleaning was so awful how does she even think I would trust this person named Nguyen? Again Dr. Woo, her team and Julie are awesome, but beware if someone named Nguyen would show up , she is awful, inconsiderate and extremely rude. I will never be visiting this place again
