Rochelle and Dr. C were amazing. Unfortunately Dr. C is filling in, I wish she could continue to serve at this location. She is very easy to talk to and gave a clear understanding of what is needed. I was very comfortable with her exam results. Rochelle has been my hygienist for years. I am always pleased with the service I receive from her.

I have been trying to get partials for the top with only 5 teeth. I have been going through the process since December 2024. I have had to get re molded by 3 seperate people and still waiting. Haven't had this experience with any other dentist. Very disappointed in the procedures of this place. I can say that the staff is very nice and I enjoy the laughter and kindness from them.

I’ve been a patient here my entire life. But ever since Dr. Broussard left, the level of customer service has steadily declined. Too many times I’ve experienced issues with my billing & insurance. After cleanings, I got bills in the mail stating that I owe.

Come to find out, the doctor that treated me was out of network and they failed to notify me, but then weeks later necessary paperwork goes through that makes them in network. It never had to be an issue if they had just handled their business like they were supposed to. They were constantly confusing me with my brother which almost lead to issues if I didn’t point out their mistakes. Just recently I came in to get an issue fixed and they couldn’t get my insurance right. I don’t know what they were looking at but they had the wrong information until they actually did the smart thing and double checked, which proved that they were indeed wrong.

The doctor tried to tell me I needed a crown but my new dentist just told me that all I needed was a new filling. So on top of the bad customer service, it was recommended that I have unnecessary work done. I should’ve left a long time ago.
