I’ve been going to this dental office for 30 years since i could grow teeth and i miss Dr. Cruz and his secretary so much it’s never been the same. I fly all the way from Atlanta to come to the dentist and in the past two years all i get is a hard time trying to book an appointment just to get my teeth cleaned. I’m highly dissatisfied in the service provided by the women that answer the phones, they are absolutely no help. I asked if they could refer me to anyone else since i flew all the way from out of state and still no help.

I’m so over it and done. Update: Within the same day Dr. Turner turned my day around with the excellent service that he provided after such a dissatisfaction with the phone situation it reminded me why I fly all the way from out of state just to come here for an appointment, and the reason is because of him and his amazing team behind the scenes! I have to admit after being serviced here for 30 years i am a little spoiled but Dr. Turner did not hesitate to call me back and squeeze me in due to me being from out of state. Although I was a pain they all still gave me great service and cared for my teeth properly and professionally.

I know they were all exhausted after such a busy day. I am forever thankful and grateful for this wonderful service and the extra mile that Dr. Turner went to satisfy my needs. The response today was so quick and timely i will never forget this sense of urgency, thank you!

It’s really hard to find people that care now a days.So letting that be said, this office is amazing. All the staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable especially because your at the dentist and need some love. Dr. Grant is cool, and knows his stuff. I’m so happy I found this office and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Outstanding service and professionalism - Adults and children. Highly recommend Dr. Turner's office. I moved to Akron nearly 9 years ago and he's served as the dentist to me, my wife, and my daughter since she was 2 1/2. Dr. Turner comes from a family of dentists so his expertise runs deep.

Moreover, I've found all their staff to be outstanding. I've even received personal calls from Dr. Turner to help me with an issue or simply to check in on a procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Turner!
