UK is terrible. Steer-clear of this place. Had a crown placed here, the implant is now failing. Doctors don't seem to know their hands from their feet. After getting the initial consultation and getting the crown ordered I was scheduled to come back after 2 weeks.

I came back after 2 weeks and they ordered the wrong type of crown, so nothing was made, I drove there from Cincinnati for absolutely nothing expect a "sorry" from some random person I hadn't even met before, doc was no where to be found. 2 more weeks pass by and I was scheduled to come back. I get there and wait for an hour and a half in the waiting room because, and I am not kidding when I say they couldn't find the tools they need to sit the crown on the implant. If they actually care about their patients, my experience shows nothing of that. Poor customer service, and even worse medical treatment.

The most backward group of medical staff I have come across, and now I am restarting the entire process because of them. Which they refuse to acknowledge.

Terrible customer service ; -Takes 6 months to get a cleaning appointment! -Rarely answers calls. Had to go in person to reschedule an appointment on my way to work. -Unpleasant and unprofessional front desk staff.

It’s like they don’t care about their job -Am cancelling my dental insurance with them as soon as open enrollment comes up. It’s better to pay extra insurance to go somewhere better. -Good luck with that place!

This clinic is a shabby operation from the get-go. It compares poorly to the nearby clinic for dental hygienists, and is laughably bad compared to the Indiana University clinic. I would be careful about seeing a dentist trained at U.K. after one experience here. I couldn’t get out fast enough. It has the feel of a dental clinic for prison inmates.

I went in to have an infectious tooth removed. They did not give me antibiotics knowing it was infected and when I called because it’s still infected I have to go back in, pay for another appointment to get a prescription of antibiotics. I have high blood pressure and it’s been worse. My ear and neck are swollen, my face hurts. If I die due to this infection it’s on this clinic.
