This place is a joke. Been trying To schedule an appointment for weeks. They say call on Mondays to make an appointment for a new patient, but they never have appointments available. The staff who answer the phone are very rude. Your teeth will rot before you get an appointment here.

I'm a patient at Union Community Care, I grew up in Lebanon Pennsylvania USA since 1964 and I know the history of Lebanon like the back of my hand. I was told that I made a nurse uncomfortable and was never given the reason why, it is like I'm guilty for just being a male and because of my caseload and because I make mistakes, but doesn't everyone make mistakes. Shannon Love is upset with me because I made a mistake and as for the nurse Janise I was a simple friend to her and if I would have made anyone uncomfortable they could have talked with me and I would have apologized, but what hurts the most Shannon Love is a therapist and she upset and holds my caseload and my mistakes against me and to me that is unprofessional and I know you will agree with her because she works for your company What irritates me the most is because I am a male and men are always the predators and that's wrong. Shannon Love asked me to help her with a project and lied to me and told me an excuse. She accused me of giving me an explanation and not hearing anything I would have to say.

You're supposed to be innocent before being guilty and Shannon's love job is due what she can do to help someone no matter who or what it is, but she makes excuses. Now I could say that Shannon Love makes me uncomfortable when we have sessions and she closes the door and we're in her office alone, when she looks at me how do you know she's not undressing me with her eyes and thinks about what gifted with between my legs and to use my mistakes and my caseload against me is unprofessional, but Shannon Love is part of your staff and I'm just an ordinary white man and a patient and funny thing is I'm actually an observation specialist and I can tell you what actually goes on in medical practice, but you know you will agree with Shannon Love because she works for you. But I deserve respect like all of your staff does, but I don't get the respect and that's unfair to me and unfair to accuse me of making someone uncomfortable with knowing why or because I am her friend and I don't bother anyone in that office and I don't make them uncomfortable, but I know other patients a lot worse than you are accusing me of think about it, because I'm still going to find another medical office that will actually listen to me and get me the proper help I need think about that before you accuse me of anything again because you can't be friends with anyone without someone being upset over it and using your past against you. It saddens me when someone you thought was your friend thinks she's better than me. So I will let Shannon Love and Janise know that you may both think you are better than me, but I hate to tell you that you are not any better than me or ever will be.

So I will leave you alone both of you but I will tell you one thing you are both deceitful women and one day I hope you are both fired for your lies and disrespect towards others especially me. But the funny thing is since both are in the medical profession, they will be treated like they are the victims and I am the bad person because I have a mental health issue. Janise and Shannon Love you both have lost my respect and honor because you are both worthless in my opinion

The place is very nice and not very crowded. I gave a try to the clinic after seeing all those negative reviews and it is worth it. My child wants to go back to the clinic in future. Thanks for taking care of her.

If I could give negative stars I would! Wait time is super long. Then when you get there it's not a cleaning it's an examination to see what they need for the cleaning. Got scheduled for 3 follow up appointments. Not told what I needed 3 for till I showed up for the appointments. They filled cavities before they even did the cleaning. I had no pain before the cavities were filled.

Now I'm in alot of pain and can't schedule or complain for 4 to 6 wks. I pushed the issue and finally was given an appointment. I go in today and told I had a fractured tooth that I didn't have before they filled a cavity. But again told to use sensitive toothpaste and can't schedule to get the tooth fixed that they broke for another 4 to 6 wks. There's no communication. Dentist only spent 2 mins with me.

Techs were nice but front staff seems grumpy all the time. Not friendly at all. Worst place I have ever been. They did more damage and take no accountability for their actions. Just left to find some other dentist to fix what this place did. I will never go back again!!
