I was EXTREMELY nervous during my consultation and even more nervous during the actual procedure, but the staff was fantastic and very accommodating to my needs/nerves. Dr. R was my surgeon and even though I was scared, I trusted him. (Sorry I can’t spell out his name!) He is very straight to the point and means business. His assistant the day of my surgery was absolutely amazing and I’m upset I didn’t catch her name because of my nerves and the medicine.

We talked about family, our jobs and school. She has PERFECT bed side manner. I was not put to sleep, but I used the pills they administer before surgery to help you relax and they really helped. I’m now on the road to recovery and do not have to worry about wisdom teeth anymore!! Each time I called the office they assisted me fairly quickly, or if I left a message, I usually received an answer within a few hours. One thing I would change is.

. the consultation fee should be put towards your surgery IF you decide to use them. I did have my X-rays done by my dentist, so I only came in for him to look at my X-rays, talk about my procedure, treatment plans and to schedule my procedure. Overall I’m happy.

I went to HM Oral Surgery in Matthews, North Carolina, and I saw Dr. Magoo. He was very nice and professional, and the staff made the experience comfortable while I was sedated for my Tooth Extraction. The facility is very clean, and it’s a beautiful place that I highly recommend to anyone who needs a tooth pulled.

Dr. Ricciuti was excellent. My procedure was quick, easy and almost painless — I can’t believe I waited so long, and that I was so stressed out. I experienced relief as soon as it was over and experienced no post procedure pain.

Melanie was also an excellent assistant who I could tell genuinely cared about my comfort before, during, and after the procedure. She was super friendly and put me at ease. I highly recommend Union Oral Surgery and Dr. Ricciuti to all!
