I had a very nice experience here, everyone was nice and patient from start to finish. Cecilia was nice and has a very bright personality- very welcoming. I had spoken to Jerel, prior to coming he helped me set my appointment and was also very welcoming. Dr Tameemi was VERY accommodating as well as Donovan!!! 20/10 recommend!

This dental office is, by far, the worst I've ever encountered. Their negligence, unprofessionalism, and complete disregard for patient care is shocking. They consistently fail to answer the phone during their listed operating hours, or even be in attendance and have an extremely high turnover of staff, resulting in a lack of consistency and competence. Attempts to retrieve my dental records have been a nightmare. As I have personally reached out to this office several times, as well as my new dentist's office on my behalf. Despite trying to obtain my dental chart for over six months, the staff seems clueless about which dentist treated me and the details of my treatment.

The two times someone did answer, I was met with a new employee saying that they just started working there, and that they don’t have access to the files. As a result of this, I’ve been unable to complete a six-month overdue procedure because my new dentist lacks the necessary information. The situation has reached a point where legal action is my only recourse. It's disheartening that I will have to literally subpoena their office to obtain the vital information I need. Their failure in patient care and record-keeping is evident. Only this week, I am being told that there is "nothing in my chart" - no doctor's name, no list of products used, no payment recorded.

Literally nothing but the day of my appointment. Patient abandonment is illegal, and my rights have clearly been violated in this case. In summary, my experience with this dental office has been a complete nightmare. I strongly urge potential patients to avoid this practice at all costs. Their lack of care and professionalism are unacceptable, and I hope others don't have to endure the same incompetence and disregard for their well-being

I came with my mother after being quoted an outrageous amount at a different practice. The office manager Gustavo was the nicest person I had ever met and worked with us in terms of pricing. The doctor was very knowledgeable and they have gained a new family for the practice. Thank you for taking us last minute.

Wow! definitely one of the most stylish dental practices I’ve been to. The staff there provides the best customer service I’ve ever had.Cecilia at the front desk is great! cheerful, helpful, an and excellent conversationalist. Doctor Lin and his assistant Donovan saw me and provided an awesome experience! Definitely coming back!
