Filthy dental office o brought my 83 year old mother here who is an amputee the floor was grotesque the Dr was extremely rough with my mom and I got her out of there asap got her dental records n found a clean dentist office in Voorhees this place should be condemned. Not sure how anyone would trust this place solely based on the grime on the floors

I will never return to dentist ever again. There was one dentist that was very rude to me and my child. I was told that I had to reschedule due to my 1 year old being upset he couldn’t see me during my X-ray. After my son sat waiting with me quietly the entire wait. The receptionist said that they have a no child policy but I waited for 1 hr to be called back and no one informed me of this policy (which was stated after I walked out and said that I would never come back again).

During my X-ray another dentist comes in and say your going to have to reschedule. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional. If there was an issue he could have waiting until my X-rays were complete and I finished talking to doctor about the problems I was having since it was only my initial appointment. I wasn’t getting any work done other than y’all the dentist and getting my xrays completed. I understand if you have a policy to follow but why not say anything when I was in your waiting room for an hour, when multiple staff memebers saw me with my child.

I would have not had any problem with rescheduling my appointment. They could have even said something when they called me yesterday to confirm the appointment. I have never went to any appointment and was rudely told to reschedule. So unprofessional and unsatisfied.

In my second trimester of pregnancy, I was supposed to get a tooth polled I had waited for this appointment. SUSIE THE FRONT DEST WORKER IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

someone like that should not work in a place where she has to deal with people. I get a call the day of the appointment from the receptionist named Susie and she’s telling me I need to cancel my appointment because the doctor is sick I made a comment about how the doctor needed to pull this tooth before I’m out of my second trimester and that I had taken off from work for this appointment and this woman Susie decides to scream and yell at me on the phone and I made another comment about how she is a receptionist and how she shouldn’t be talking to a customer that way why have a customer service job when that’s how you’re going to talk to somebody she raising her voice and yelling at me over the phone because I made a comment about how I took off from work for this appointment completely unprofessional and out of line for her to talk to a pregnant Customer this way I am really disappointed in this place and really confused as how someone like this would be able to get a job working in customer service when they scream and yell at customers

Have to admit my first appointment I was nervous about having a student as a dentist. Well after that first appointment I was convinced that I came to the right place. I have had 3 student doctors do work on me and couldn’t ask for better treatment. They are overseen by very experienced doctors who check the work being g done and you hear the conversation about what and how to do a great job.

I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation. It hank you to all for being g kind, funny, and knowledgeable. John D
