Drs. Azulay and Nissan and their skills are top notch, but the front office staff and office manager are the worst staff I have ever met by far. They are utterly incompetent and/or apathetic when it comes to dealing with paperwork. I have no idea why she and the rest of the staff have the jobs they do if they do not want to deal with the paperwork. I had two incidents where they decided to charge me full price for treatment--even though I had insurance that they accepted.

Therefore, I had to file the claims by myself, and ended up finding out that UPDF could have filed the claims themselves, but were just too lazy to put in an extra 3-5 minutes to gather information. If you are badly in need of a root canal and you're not worried about insurance, and you have money to burn, Drs. Azulay and Nissan are worth it. Otherwise, please find another practice to get your treatments from.

I went to this dentist for a while. Pros: 1. I had a good hygienist (after having one that painfully scraped my gym by mistake) and the dentist was nice. Cons: 1. They're always booked over 6 months out for a cleaning. 2. They stop taking my insurance, and called me only a few days before my appointment to inform me to see if I wanted to pay out of pocket.

They claimed they'd put a letter in the mail to inform me of this change that I had never received. 3. The exam rooms are very noisy as they have TVs in the corner of the room as well as above your head on the ceiling playing daytime TV shows. Overall, if you're paying out of pocket for a dentist, this one is way overrated. It wasn't bad when it was covered for free by my insurance. I found a new dentist and I didn't realize what I was missing out on these past years.

I am a new patient at this office and I have to say it was such a pleasant experience from scheduling the appointment to actual visit. They made me feel very comfortable. The office was clean. The front desk person was very nice and made checking in and check out go smooth.

My appointment went great with my dentist and I will definitely be going back for my next check up. Thank you for a positive experience.

I went for a Crown - then 3-4 months later they drilled through my New Crown into NOW my Stub of a tooth i had left for a root canal - then they left the hole OPEN in the TOOTH and Crown . . . So MY Tooth that's now ground down to a NUB with an open hole in it and MY New beautiful CROWN got decay in it and ROTTED OUT to my jaw. Now i need a Dental Surgeon to start the process of a dental implant. $ 7,000 . .
