I have been getting regular dentist appointments with Urban Smiles for two years now. After trialing a few different dentists in the city, this has been the best one. All the staff are friendly and accommodating, they make it so easy to build rapport and feel comfortable.

The hygienists, receptionist, and dentist are all very communicative and help me feel in control of my treatment plan. They help me make informed decisions about my care without it ever feeling like they are pushing procedures on me.

I switched dental practices a year ago and I couldn't be happier being a patient here. Everyone has been so kind and welcoming. The dentists have excellent bedside manner. I've never felt shamed, judged, or reprimanded during any of my visits (unlike previous experiences with other dentists) which has been refreshing.

The staff/receptionists have also been so understanding and accommodating of my schedule/circumstances during times when I've had to make last minute changes to my appointment. I also really appreciate the transparency of their pricing and they've always taken the time to explain how costs are calculated with my insurance. Lastly, I love the aesthetic of the office and that it's located at a plaza with tons of parking. Overall, love Urban Smiles Dental!

The staff is great! The dentist & his hygienist was so nice and had great bedside manners and really put me at ease! I am so glad to say I found my new dentist. Also, the parking is great thanks to the huge Jewels parking lot that is in close proximity of the dental office

The customer service is above and beyond. The services that was provided from this dental clinic is priceless. Highly recommended. They gave me so much information about my dental health and they work with huge heart toward their patients. My new found family.
