This negative review is mostly targeted at the doctor himself. I’m sure the rest of the staff is great. This “provider” does not make for a safe or welcome environment for new patients. This doctor has shown bias and a severe lack of empathy.

I’m happy I am not a patient here and based on negative feedback I’ve gotten from someone who would have been a prospective patient, it doesn’t seem like a place I’d ever even consider trying. You want a great dental experience where people show care and want to inspire great dental habits? Try Triosi Dental in Chesapeake. This place, you should avoid if you care about yourself and are looking for a dental provider that cares about you.

Absolutely wonderful service. Visiting from out of town and needing a semi-emergent procedure, I was booked promptly and even seen a few minutes early. The staff is highly professional and customer-focused. Great communication and positive attitudes all around. Special thanks to Paula who took great care and helped me out tremendously. This is a great practice. Thanks again.

This negative review is only directed at Dr. McKee himself and not the staff. The staff has always been kind and professional when I went there seeing a different dentist.

Dr McKee on the other hand in the one experience I had with him was one of the most rude, abrupt and arrogant people I've ever met. He in no made me feel comfortable or confident in ever returning to that practice strictly because of him.

I've finally had enough of thomas mckee's attitude. I was able to overlook it because all of the dental techs were extremely nice. I complained about being in pain months after my fillings. He comes in huffing and puffing as if I'm being an inconvenience to him. Then he completely disregards me and says well let's address the right side since they need fillings. We will figure out something for the left side afterwards.

If I'm still in pain from the left side why would I let you do the right side? He was cool my initial visit back in 2021. Then became extremely rude for no reason. The dental techs are the only reason I tolerated him for so long. At this point he's unbearable and I can see myself getting out of character with him one day. So id rather find another dentist.
