Today was my 2nd appointment with Dr Motamedi, Saeed DDS and his Assistant. Today Dr. Mohamed perform oral surgery. I appreciate Dr Motamedi and his Assistant taking the time to explain the procedure and answer all my questions.

They were very friendly, polite and professional. I felt comfortable and the procedure went smoothly with very little pain considering it was surgery which required a skin draft.

Worst dental visit ever…I have been going to the dentist my whole adult life, the military has done extensive work on my mouth so I’m used to the rigmarole of dental procedures. I have a tooth that is painful and had a crown, the crown broke off, I made an appointment here to seek relief and, all I got was frustration from the Denist herself. Front desk was great and helpful, the rock star was the hygienist, after the doctor dismissed me like I was stupid, she spent about 3 minutes looking at the tooth and just recommended extraction with no explanation and left. The hygienist, took the care and time to explain to me what was going on with my tooth and the surrounding gum and the options that I may have…she's outstanding and really showed compassion.

The dentist who I thought would do that, according to their mission statement on their website, nah. She treated me like I was nothing and exhibited zero concern, therefore; zero stars! No! I will not be using her as my dentist. Hygienist - 5 stars, front desk, 4. And yes, before it’s asked but shouldn’t matter, I have 2 forms of excellent insurance and the internet lied, rating her as a top doc in Virginia.

Don’t be fooled, the one star was only cause google would not post zero.

Doctors are knowledgeable in their craft. They were able to explain everything so I could understand. The nurses are awesome, they are so welcoming and reassuring. I felt cared for during my stay! Front desk could be a bit more friendly, but overall I loved my stay at this establishment.

Wonderful staff, had appointment I became sick and they were very concerned, they said just reschedule and be safe getting home. My hygienist Gisela was great when I returned for my Appointment. So I'm very happy with my experience. Just try them you'll like them.
