I had a broken tooth extracted by the wonderful jamie and Dr. Byers. Having a lot of anxiety in general and even more so for medical things, they were extreamly extreamly patient with me. Reason being Im 8 months pregnant and could only have local anethetic, so I felt an unpleasant amount, but they worked wigh me, were still very kind and understanding.
Much better experiance than anywhere I been before, and this is my 4th extration including wisdom teeth. I would absolutly go here again if need be.

The front desk staff is beyond rude and unprofessional. When I decided to switch to a new dentist, I called multiple times requesting my records to be transferred. I even offered to come in and sign a release in person if needed, but they were still rude and refused to send my information. Every appointment I’ve had here felt rushed, like they just wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible.
They hardly take the time to explain anything, and the quality of their work is terrible. Every single filling they’ve done has fallen out and I now have to have it re done somewhere else.

Sending another review since the owner seems active to reply to some reviews. Assuming mine was missed and would love a response regarding there defective materials and plan to either reimburse for the poor work they did or fix what they made worse. At this point attorneys may need to be involved. This office is the worst! The first red flag should have been when they asked me **four** times to send or bring a copy of my son's hospital discharge papers, even though I had already provided it each time. I eventually had to hand-deliver it to the front desk just to stop receiving letters threatening to send me to collections. They also performed a couple of root canals and fillings. Within three months, my fillings started falling out. I had to return **twice** to have them replaced, and only one of those replacements actually lasted. Around the same time, I was notified that I was being dropped from my insurance. I made another appointment to fix the fillings that had fallen out.
This time, I was seen by a new male dentist. I explained that the previous female dentist had done several fillings, but they were all slowly falling out, making my smile look worse than when I first came to the office. He apologized and said he would take care of it. He was actually very kind. He attempted to use the composite material for fillings, but it wouldn't stick. He kept saying there was something wrong with the bond or composite, and that’s why it wasn’t holding. He mentioned it was a **bad batch** of composite they had used on me. Eventually, they found another tube they had on hand, and he was able to get it to stay. Those three fillings are the **only** ones that have lasted. Now, months later, all the other fillings that were done with the bad composite are falling out.
I’ve called **at least** ten times, but no one answers or returns my calls. Whoever owns this location needs to investigate their supplier and address the **terrible** customer service at the front desk. The last dentist I saw even noted that I wasn’t the first patient experiencing issues with that batch of composite. My insurance paid them **thousands** of dollars in late 2023 and 2024, and yet only three fillings and a cap have stayed in place. You can see every spot where they drilled—I can barely eat, drink, or sleep. At the very least, they could call me back to discuss options to fix this. It’s absolutely ruining my life and destroying mental health.

My experience with this dental office is absolutely amazing. I know it’s not something you just say oh I’m thrilled to go to the dentist. Most of the time one would hope to only have to go for cleanings and annual visits. However, I’m not that person I could’ve done better over the years at taking care of my dental hygiene, but that’s something I can only do better at now.
In past years, I’ve had a good bit of dental work done and just felt like a number or another person wherever I went. I love it when I walk into this practice not only do I feel welcomed, but I feel like whatever I’m there for I will receive the best care possible. There is hardly ever a long wait in scheduling. An when I am there, I feel that the dentist has the utmost attention to detail and care for his patients, but I can only speak for myself.
Oral pain is some of the worst if not the worst pain one can endure. An I used to fear going to the dentist for that reason. I’m very grateful that I don’t have to worry about that anymore and will continue to allow the wonderful staff at this practice to take care of any of my dental needs! Thank you all for everything you do!
