I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care my son received during his Dental surgery. The nurse Julie who assisted was incredible—her kindness and warmth made all the difference. When my son experienced post-op delirium, Julie stepped right in, treating him like her own grandson. She gently picked him up, held him close, and asked, “Can I have this grandma moment?” It was such a beautiful, calming gesture that brought me immense comfort during a stressful time. We need more healthcare professionals like her. I also want to highlight Dr.

Dunston, who has now performed two surgeries on my son—the first when he was 2 years old, and now again at 5. I drive 2. 5 hours just to keep my children in his care. He’s such a sweetheart, and I have complete trust in him with my babies. His expertise, kindness, and dedication are truly unmatched. I am beyond grateful for both of them today!

A bunch of liars. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone after calling 4 times, to find out what time my daughter’s dentist appointment is for tomorrow. So I ended up calling her regular dentist to find out, and they had told me these people called me multiple times, and my mom, and also emailed me. I had checked my call logs, and emails, and told my mother to check hers.

I only received one call at 6 in the morning the day before, with no emails. I called them back after my daughter doctor appointment and of course the incompetent people behind the desk refuse to answer, because someone doesn’t want to do their job.

I was so worried thinking about my 2 year old going under anesthesia but everyone was so informative and nice. The surgery went great and my daughter recovered faster than expected. I know how it feels to be worried but they do an amazing job.

The office is very clean and overall nice. However their scheduling is awful. We have had this appointment booked out for months, I took my son to his pre op physical a week and half prior. they said he tested positive for strep however he didn't have any symptoms so got antibiotics and Dr cleared him. I called that same day to the office to make sure that everything was still okay to proceed with the appointment. I was informed yes everything is still good to go.

So I made our plans for the day accordingly. Now come the day prior and I'm being told no they can't see him. I appreciate them being extra careful and wanting to make sure he is safe but now we have to wait another MONTH just because the nurse gave misinformation. If everyone isn't on the same page as far as policy, then you need to have emergency time slots available for instances like these.
