Was stood up 5 times without a single call. The said they lost my number. Spoke to the Dr. said they would clean my teeth. I went in finally they were there and they wanted me to wait to get them cleaned. I left called another dentist and guess what? I got my teeth cleaned the same day. Terrible service and the employees act stuck up. I wouldn’t take my dog there to get teeth cleaned.

Actually there should be a two separate ratings. The staff were all excellent, courteous. I give the staff a 4. There was a problem with billing but I blame that on Dr. Vasko for not informing his staff correctly. I give Dr. Vasko a 1. I got 6 teeth capped all at one time. I didn't tell him once, twice but three times that one of my caps didn't seem to fit right. In fact the cap was bigger than all the other teeth.

He admitted that may be the case but never done anything about it. After me telling him and his assistants 3 times. Shoddy work but my money wasn't shoddy. Almost 7,000 dollars just for 6 caps that I have had trouble with ever since he did them. Then one of my husbands teeth in his dentures fell out and they billed it as broke (mind you Vasko was the one that did his dentures). It did not break, it fell out. That was the once again shoddy work of Vasko or the lab he works with. (In my opinion). . Dr.

Vasko then billed my husband which in turn my husband refused to pay for the dentist/lab shoddy work and Dr. Vasko filed a claim against my husband for 300 dollars. I don't know the exact dollar amount Dr. Vasko got for both my husband and I but I know it was around 10,000 dollars and that it is a pretty hefty price to have to pay for such shoddy work and a court case. The only one that should be filing a court case is my husband and I for the sub quality work done to our teeth. That was only a couple of years ago and we are looking at thousands of dollars of dental work to be done again because of such terrible work he did. He will not get another 300 dollars for work that was not done right. Like I said, he's damn lucky we don't sue him for thousands of dollars. He's a very petty man.
