Do not recommend they refused To fill my kids cavities, they received payment from insurance and did not perform treatment.

Have not even been seen by them, so my opinion is based off of their customer service; I give a 5/10. I called back in November 2022 to ask if they were seeing new patients and if they accepted my insurance. They were very attentive on answering my questions but, whomever Sam is, just ask to speak to someone else because she gets annoyed very quickly and passes you off to someone else anyways. I ignored it when she did it the first time but today, when I was instructed by one of the associates to call in January to schedule the appointment for my son (who would be a new patient), the same thing happened.

I asked if I could make an appointment for my son and that he is a new patient but when I was told that they are, now, taking new patients in February . . So I asked if I could make the appointment for February now, instead of waiting, but again. .

Sam sounded agitated with me asking that question and passed me off to one of her coworkers. I may just pass and go somewhere where they have patience on answering simple questions through a 2 minute phone call.

It took us months to find a pediatric dentist. Due to the pandemic, no one wanted to accept new patients. This was the only place that was willing to put us on a waiting list. As soon as they were allowed to accept new patients, they called.

The staff is always so caring and friendly! Never had any issues. They go above and beyond to make sure my kids feel welcomed and comfortable. So, they are actually excited to go to their appointments.
