Going out of my way to let everyone know this is such a friendly, efficient office. They're reachable, fast, and helpful in explaining both the technical parts of tooth care and stuff like billing/timeline. No one asked me to make a review. Just compared to so many dental offices in NYC this vastly exceeded my expectations. Update: had a cleaning.

Of course, I wouldn't describe a teeth cleaning as 'fun' or 'enjoyable,' but this was the best one I've ever had because of the attentiveness to comfort and the hygienist & dentist explaining things about my teeth no dentist took the time to explain before. PLUS the front desk is so fast and friendly. I texted them 20 minutes before to ask if I should brush beforehand and they answered immediately. Helped me figure out insurance after

This was my first visit to the dentist, and I had a great experience. The office was spotless, and I was attended to promptly. Stephanie, the dental hygienist, was excellent; she explained each step clearly and provided valuable recommendations. Dr. Kaufman was very thorough, taking her time to examine my X-rays and conduct a detailed inspection. I highly recommend this place!

Stephanie is a fantastic hygienist! She's friendly and kind, and had I not heard the Cavitron, I might have fallen asleep as she cleaned my teeth! My cleaning was effective, yet gentle, and her positive attitude made me feel good about my own dental routine.
