My first visit to this office was impressive! I was able to get in on short notice for a bothersome issue. Dr. Derek assessed and discussed the possible causes in detail then very professionally treated the condition to my satisfaction.

The assistant Linda was knowledgeable and very caring. Kudos for Kelly at the front desk who went out of her way to work with my insurance and schedule me promptly.

Maybe I’m in the Twilight Zone, maybe Craig didn’t have his coffee this morning, all I know is I had a completely different experience than every review. I made an appointment for a consult, I let them know I had bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist because of a high tolerance for the meds they use. Over the phone they had no problem with this. I was then told after trying to ask about my care in person, that he was not going to explain things to me and that I made the appointment so my choices were start drilling or leave.

I’ll just go to someone else, get the proper care before going in, and then go in without being scared into it like I have been (and have horribly regretted) before. Google should make giving 0 stars an option, I’ve seen a Doctor give a prescription over the phone without even taking symptoms, but this guy takes the cake for unprofessionalism, lack of regard, and arrogance.
