Beginning with Claudia you could not find a more professional and kind office manager who always worked hard and proficiently to ensure my dental appointments and insurance coverage was available and my appointments booked! Moreover Hollie has been cleaning my teeth for five years and has gone above and beyond the call of duty every visit, every time.

Hats off and congratulations for a job well done! The phones always answered after one ring and the lobby wait time’s always under 5 minutes tops! I couldn’t recommend a better dental office in all of Hampton Roads. Five stars! First class! First rate!

Nice experience each time I go. My hygienist is extremely good - knowledgeable, personable, and is very in tune to her patient's comfort while performing her work. Dentist is very pleasant, thorough and reasonable in recommending urgent vs non-urgent procedures. Desk staff extremely cordial and accommodating.

I had a great experience at VB Family Dental. The doctor and hygienist were both fantastic—very professional, gentle, and thorough. The front desk staff was mostly friendly and helpful, making the check-in and scheduling process smooth. However, I did have a less-than-pleasant interaction with one staff member, Jennifer.

Each time I spoke with her, she seemed to have an attitude, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I truly hope it was just a rough week for her and that other patients don’t have the same experience. Aside from that, I would highly recommend this office for their excellent dental care!
