I have been going to this practice for many years, I even took some time away due to unforseen circumstances but the doc made sure I was always taken amazing care of. .

I was due for a bridge that took me 3 years to get but she was patient and had what was needed for me when I was ready and I MUST SAY THIS IS THE HAPPIEST I HAVE BEEN IN A LONG TIME, I got my smile back and I feel so complete!! And I have Vista family dentistry and every smiling welcoming face that helped me accomplish the one thing I have been longer for A smile and my confidence Thank you soo much!! I'm would recommend anyone to go if you have a broken smile or spirit, they are extremely friendly and efficient.

Yikes! This Dentistry is likely on it's way to being the lowest rated Dentistry in Charlotte. We just moved here. Researching Dentists that accept Medicaid, Vista is listed on the website. Sounds good! Appointment booked! My filling came out, so I was excited they had openings. Upon checking in, I list my Medicaid information.

The receptionist says it'll be $99 today. I figure this is an emergency charge, or booking for the short notice. Sure! Fast forward to them scanning my teeth, they bring the estimated cost to fill a filling @ around $500. I ask if Medicaid takes any off, she says "Oh, we only accept Medicaid for 18 and under". Why was this never mentioned prior to me beginning the assessment? The receptionist was combative, I don't believe she understood what we were asking? Her responses consisted of "Why should I pay for it?!" to "You're blaming me!".

Neither of those are true, we were simply asking not to be charged for leaving without care. She said they'd get back to us the next day, they didn't. I would just highly recommend to AVOID this practice.

The Dr.Rani and her team are absolutely amazing. Everyone was professional and efficient. Even the receptionist made me feel welcomed. I’m a new patient and felt right at home. She spoke to me in detail about moving forward and I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

Not the experience I was expecting……. . I was referred to Dr. Nagarani Nagarajan by another dental professional for a root canal procedure for my daughter. Upon arriving to the appointment in Concord we were greeted nice and professionally by the office staff. We also had a great experience with the dental technician who did X-rays and prepared us to see Dr. Nagarani Nagarajan. Upon meeting Dr. Nagarani Nagarajan she was very nice and professional. She also explained the root canal procedure, estimated time to complete the procedure and answered my questions about the waivers and paperwork I signed. Dr.

Nagarani Nagarajan also informed me that she was the only doctor working in the office and had been there for quite sometime. I did my research before bringing my daughter in and felt comfortable based on the reviews and the recommendation from the other dental professional. Dr. Nagarani Nagarajan was working on other clients while working on my daughters root canal procedure leaving the room and returning, also answering questions for other patients while working on my daughter root canal surgery. She did have an assistant helping her remove the saliva from my daughters mouth and pass her instruments, but between her taking care of other patients, talking to other employees at the door my daughter ended up with a titanium piece of instrument stuck very deep in her root. The root canal procedure took about 3 hours. Dr. Nagarani Nagarajan stated that she really tried to get the titanium piece of instrument out but my daughter was bleeding a lot and she did not want to do further damage. Dr. Nagarani Nagarajan said this was a risk in the root canal surgery as she discussed with me prior to the procedure. She offered to send a referral for her to see an Endodontist in Greensboro to have them remove the titanium instrument piece and I politely declined because that was too far of a drive and my daughter tooth is unfinished, open and exposed at the time.

It was so hard to see my daughter in so much pain and I later found out that the same office in Greensboro would not accept our insurance. Dr. Nagarani Nagarajan asked me If I wanted her to proceed with finishing the root canal and applying the crown and I told her yes. Dr. Nagarani Nagarajan assured me that if my daughter has an infection or further pain she would send a referral to have the tooth extracted. This is her back tooth that would need an implant if removed. I really hope this doesn’t get worse as this was her first root canal. Attached are pictures from the x-ray to show the titanium piece of instrument stuck very deep and she has a follow up appointment in 8 weeks. I have never had anything like this happen before and I wonder if my daughter was given Dr. Nagarani Nagarajan undivided attention during her scheduled appointment time would this have happened?
