if i could give this place a 12 out of 10, i would. CUSTOMER SERVICE: when i was scheduling, Eric called me back and forth probably 10 times so i could find a day that would work best for me where they could squeeze me in. They werent just trying to rush me to get out. They even scheduled me on a Saturday so it would work with my schedule. MY EXPERIENCE: I came here from two other dentists where they said refilling a previous filling would require a root canal and crown because of how close it was to my nerves. Dr.

Yako was able to fix it and make it look even better than my previous filling without the root canal. She’s QUICK, sharp, meticulous, and HONEST. I even got my teeth whitened and this is honestly the best whitening I’ve ever had (3 rounds of 20 minutes and they give you trays to go home with). Riley was amazing and very personable as well. He made getting my teeth whitened for the first time very comfortable and an easy process. He even took my x-rays in a fraction of time and didn’t cut up my mouth like i usually get when they do your X-rays.

OVERALL REVIEW: Going to someone you trust with your dental health is so so important. Dr. Yako doesn’t push for extra work when you don’t need it— which is so rare these days. Having a doctor that is honest, transparent, QUICK yet attentive is so important. my mom and i even went through their instagram to see what work they have done and everything was SO natural we could never figure out what all was done— now THATS AMAZING WORK!!! i am going to be a lifelong patient!

I always have a great experience at Vivid Smiles and have been a client for years! Dr. Yako and Dr. Ciullo are simply the best. My cleaning today was quick, easy, and completely painless. The staff was friendly, the rooms are calming, and the dentist took the time to check in and make sure everything looked good. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free dental visit!

Do not go to this place. Went here for 2-3 years for regular cleanings. Everything was fine until recently their customer service has strongly declined. My girlfriend got a bogus bill after she had already paid. Insurance said you are not responsible for this payment. This was relayed to the dentist and she would refuse to refund the money. Even telling the dentist you have lost future business they didn’t seem to care or accommodate in any way.

Today they called me to remind me of an appointment tomorrow. I said I have an appointment scheduled for another date. They denied this ever happening and tried to reschedule me for their own mistakes. I said no thanks I will take my business some place else. Again zero accountability or accommodation. This facility does not operate on customer service.
