From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted by the wonderful medical receptionist and the within a few minutes the gracious medical assistant came to take me for X-rays. My visit with Dr. Williams was informative and he provided me detailed information about my dental health. This was my first visit and I highly recommend W Dental. Thank you Dr. Williams and staff.

My experience with this dentist was deeply traumatic. I initially went in for a simple cavity filling, but the procedure went far deeper than necessary, ultimately damaging the nerve in my tooth. I only realized something was wrong after the anesthesia wore off and the pain became unbearable. I returned to the office, and the dentist attempted a corrective procedure that unfortunately did not resolve the issue.
On my third visit, he performed what seemed to be a partial or “baby” root canal—opening the canals in preparation for a full root canal. At that point, he referred me to a root canal specialist whom he disclosed was a former student of his. This left me feeling that my care may not have been focused on protecting my tooth, but rather on creating a referral for someone he had a personal or professional relationship with. I had to pay $1,500 out of pocket for the root canal, and then was expected to return to his office for the crown—another cost I had to bear—despite the fact that this entire ordeal began with his mishandling of a basic procedure.
Most people seem to love this dentist, which is why I trusted the reviews but I would consider all of my options before coming here. I also want to add that he is over 80 years old and should absolutely retire at this point. He shakes, doesn’t see what he’s doing clearly and relies on his dental assistant to guide him and catch his mistakes.

Dr. Williams and his team are incredible. I recently made the switch to W Dental and was super pleased with my routine cleaning & wisdom teeth extraction. No wait. Lovely office with beautiful art. Caring and knowledgeable staff - the dental hygienist Rashad is great. No complaints from my extraction and I healed beautifully.

I had a truly upsetting experience with Dr. Williams. From the moment I sat in the chair, I felt like my fear and discomfort were completely ignored. He showed no compassion or patience, even though I was visibly nervous about the procedure. When he pulled my tooth, it felt rushed and careless — as if my pain didn't matter at all. To make matters worse, when my mother called afterward with concerns, Dr.
Williams was incredibly rude and actually hung up on her. His bedside manner was cold, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout the entire experience. I do not recommend Dr. Williams to anyone looking for a caring or respectful dental professional. Patients deserve to be treated with empathy and dignity and that was not the case here.
