If I could give this place 10 Stars I would. I'm one of those folks who just doesn't like going to the dentist. But the entire staff made the process easy for me. The young ladies at the front desk are always friendly and willing to answer all the crazy questions I have. The dental technicians must have been well trained because they all know their jobs inside and out. Dr Church is one of the kindest people I've ever met.

He's patient he answers all of my questions. Explains everything that's going to be done and how long it's going to take. What's up with my myriad of questions and answers every one of them. If you do not have a dentist this is the place you need to go. If you do have a dentist you might want to consider switching. I cannot say enough good things about all the people at Washington Street Dentistry

Not gonna speak about the other 1000 issues that I’ve had here or the fact that I was in EXCRUCIATING pain for 4 months from 1 crown being placed in my mouth & the 15 follow up appointments for that ONE tooth (not exaggerating at all 15 follow up appointments) This is about my money because I work TOO hard for Dr. Chruch to be stealing from me!! Lets be clear that I have physically gone to their office, called on my own 3 separate times, as well as begged my insurance to reach out to them 3 other times (two of the times I was on the line) My insurance paid for my entire procedures except $292 as shown on EOB. The day of my appointment, Dr. Church’s assistants said my insurance covered everything except 411. 61 and in order to have the work done, I HAVE to pay first. Paid $160 with my HSA card, and the remainder $251. 60 on my debit card.

Once I officially got the EOB back in October, I requested to be refunded the difference of MY MONEY!! 1st they lied and said something must wasnt filed right and they had to file it again (30+ days after work is done) Okay?? So I wait, they NEVER submitted another claim to my insurance, plus the existing one is already correct. Reached back out to Dr. Church, assistant said someone will call me back about the EOB. A week and a half goes by, no one follows up. I call back and reach out again, I was told someone would would “review” the EOB & follow up with me. No one ever followed up. So here we are 5 months later, Dr.

Church’s office never followed up, never refunded, never addressed them over charging me. I’ve filed 3 complaints with my insurance, Dr. Church’s office actually hung up on my insurance today& now I’m just gonna dispute the entire $412. I have washed my hands with you and your scamming employees Dr. Church. Thanks for all of the pain and suffering. Delete my review and i WILL keep posting it

I’ve been coming to this dental office for about 15 years. While my hygienist and Dr. Church are both excellent—professional, kind, and thorough—the front office staff is consistently rude. Their demeanor is very curt and dismissive, which has left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a patient. It was not always this way. Their unprofessionalism makes for an unpleasant experience.

I recently referred my elderly mother to this office, our experience with front staff was once again less than desirable – very disappointing. A dental practice should provide great care AND excellent customer service, but the front desk is failing in that regard. I hope management takes steps to improve this. I do wonder if they would allow their front staff to be this unprofessional if they were located in Carmel or Geist.
