My husband and I were referred to Dr. Lee at New Pal Dentistry when we first moved here and we couldn’t be happier. All of the work I’ve had done on my teeth has been excellent and they always keep our budget in mind. The staff are so professional, and everyone is genuinely happy to work there.

"I see Medicaid patients daily. 90% of people on Medicaid are cheating the system. They come in with their brand new cell phones , talk about their highlights they just got because they’re about to go on vacation, drive off in a new car, etc etc etc." - Vanessa Lee regarding medicaid recipients. It seems she may have some critical bias against medicaid recipients at her practice.

My biggest issue is the lack of communication the staff provides to patients. I recently had to get a crown for a chipped tooth, and the whole process has been disappointing. They made the original appointment for just a filling, then made me feel bad since they had to “squeeze me in” to do the crown. They could’ve offered to reschedule me instead of guilting me about it.

No one explained what getting a custom shade crown would entail other than it’s $90, but I agreed to it since I’ve never had a crown before. After seeing the temporary crown, I decided it looked fine and decided against the custom shade. At the appointment to match the shade of my teeth, no one said they had to cancel the original permanent crown appointment, so I showed up a week later for no reason. I am neither a dentistry professional nor someone who has gotten a crown before, so while rescheduling the original appointment may have been obvious to some, it was not for me.

Clear communication should be a given, and unfortunately, it is not for this practice.

I can say without a doubt! The absolute BEST practice I've been too .

The staff are all phenomenal and personable, not to mention the astounding skill from Dr Lee! I unfortunately had to have 3 teeth pulled that were in bad shape, she had me taken care of, absolutely pain free, in what seemed like seconds! I won't be going to any other dental office from here on our!! Thank you guys! You've made my weekend 😎😎 can't wait to move forward with the rest of my work!!
