I recently started visiting Waterdown Village Dentistry after several years of neglecting my teeth, and I couldn't be happier with my experiences so far! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with zero judgment, a thoughtful welcome bag, and friendly smiles all around. The receptionist has been incredibly kind and accommodating, even when I've had to reschedule a couple of times. They always ensure my direct billing is set up before I arrive, making the whole process with reception seamless.

Dr. Alley is wonderful—always cheerful and chatty, she helped put my mind at ease when I was feeling anxious. Despite my nerves about coming back to the dentist after so long, she managed to clean away years of smoking, soda, and less-than-ideal oral hygiene in just one appointment, giving me a fresh start after making healthier changes years ago.

I’m so glad I chose this office, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. If you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Waterdown Village Dentistry!
