This was my first visit. Everyone was nice except the dentist. He was very rude and impatient. He came into the room and didn’t introduce himself. He was obviously rushing and appeared to be in a frenzy. He refused my request to numb me with injection before the cleaning and stated “we don’t do that here, you have to go somewhere else”.

He didn’t offer an alternative. We was more than happy for me to leave. I think he wanted to just go home. His staff booked me for 5 pm and he wasn’t happy with it. Never going back there again.

My wife had excruciating pain and Dr James Choe and his staff saw us in a heart beat. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and take care of it. He did such a good job that she didnt have to take meds. The equipment and machines are all modern and fancy. The care, efficiency and quality of treatment was excellent and he even texted the day after to see how she was doing.

Truly a family atmosphere and professionalism barnone. We will be coming here and highly recommend this place. Oh, the staff is super friendly and helpful explaining everything and making sure we understood everything. Thank you Wayne family dental!
