I take my daughter here to see orthodontist. I drive 45 min Every visit and it is well worth the drive. The staff is amazing every visit they greet you with a warm welcoming greeting. Even calling to schedule or reschedule appointments they are always polite. My daughter and I both are very comfortable with the establishment. If I could rate 100 stars I would.

Ps. My girl at the front desk always have my note for work printed out for me upon arrival lol that’s how much I’m there. The staff actually shows they love what they do. I’m happy I was referred to this dental office. You all are the absolute best!!

Have been with Weldon Spring Dental for about a year and a half now and have been very pleased with the staff, services, and pricing. Yesterday, I had my first orthodontist consultation as an adult in need of braces. The process was quick and seamless! I look forward to starting my clear alligner treatment plan soon!

I had asked the assistant to stop over praising my nephew for brushing his teeth. She stated she will do what she wants regardless of my input. I brought this up to the orthodontist and she stood behind her disrespectful assistant. I was also put an a 3 minute time out (like a child) when I called back frustrated. I was loud but did not use abusive or foul language. I did try one last time to resolve the matter and they are standing firm on their disrespect approach, refusing to acknowledge any wrongdoing.

06/30/2025 UPDATE: very surprised to see that as soon as I put this up within a matter of two weeks, I get a call of concern for my nephew. I was given enough detail to suspect that the call of concern came from this place… so fair warning if you don’t have a positive experience with them and you post it, they may call on you. It’s like doubling down as as much as they can possibly double down. This feels like retaliation.
