1st let me say that my son had an referral to be seen. It's a 35 minute drive, I had to take time off work only to get there early, sit for almost an hour, when my son got to the back we sat for almost another hour, only to be told that the Dr. didn't feel comfortable removing the tooth that she had prior x-rays of for months!! We watched people before and after us come in and be seen before us.

I'm not saying this was a racial incident, but im saying it was very unprofessional. The receptionist was the only professional that we met during our visit.

Patel took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I left very satisfied with my treatment and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care, Also Cheri is really good with customer service.

We recently started taking our daughter to Dr. Patel and Sadie. They are both so kind and patient. They never make you feel like a burden or that they are rushing you through. They explain things and are very personable. We were a little bummed about a discoloration issue after a previous visit that was a bit complicated because of some unexpected anxiety, they were very understanding and gave us advice on what to do.

While it wasn’t the ideal outcome, I believe what they advised will be the best answer. The ladies at the front desk are also very welcoming & kind. The office dogs are just the icing on the cake. If you are looking for a dentist that doesn’t feel like you’re going to the dentist and expecting exceptional care, I would recommend them to anyone.
