Dr. Sheikh & her team are phenomenal! I moved an hour away but have since come back because no other dental offices beat the quality of care you receive! Dr. Sheikh is gentle, knowledgeable, kind and was able to fit me in for fillings same day of my cleaning. So efficient too! Her staff are professional and thorough. Highly recommend RTP to my friends and family!

Since the office manager Cora retired, the office is very difficult to work with. 1. They cannot be reached by phone unless they give you a call. 2. Their current office manager mixes up appointments. Makes mistakes with billing. It’s a nightmare.

3. Today, on March 11, the information online and the automated voice on the phone claimed they are open from 9am to 5pm. I could not reach them by phone so I went there to clarify the billing mistake but there is a little note on the door that they are closed today. This is not communicated properly. Nightmare customer service.

Been going to RTP dentistry for a few years and unfortunately I have to agree with one review on here. Since Maura left the appointments and the billing is disastrous. I get tired of receiving a bill in which I know I do not owe. And have now received it twice. (SAME BILL) And the excuse I get is that Maura is still doing the billing part time from the home🤬.

Which made the whole thing worse that the errors are being blamed on her when I had been going there well before this new lady Christy was hired on and I NEVER had a problem before. Dr Sheikh is amazing but this billing thing will make me look elsewhere. People I have referred there are also getting these old and outrageous bills. What is going on? Dr Sheikh please get a handle on this before you lose a lot of patients.
