Disappointing Decline in Patient Care I'm incredibly disappointed with the dental service I've received recently. This practice used to be good, but it's clear things have gone downhill significantly over the past six months. It feels like they genuinely don't care about their patients anymore. They appear to be severely understaffed, leading to constant cancellations of hygiene appointments. This is incredibly frustrating and makes it impossible to maintain regular dental care.
When I tried to address these concerns, I was met with a shocking lack of empathy. To be told "I don't care" by a staff member when expressing valid concerns about their service is completely unacceptable. The decline in patient care and the dismissive attitude of the staff are truly disheartening.

My family and I have gone to WCDG for many years having great experiences here and today was not the same. I went in for a crown re-setting today. When I was signing in for my appointment another person came in in sign in as well. The lady helping me was treated rudely from another co worker and spoken to in a manner that she should not have been making that experience very awkward. I have had to have this crown re-set previously and have NEVER been charged but was informed from the front desk that I was now going to be charged.
Heard this place had become more about the money than the patients recently and witnessed it first hand. Dr. Manji was AMAZING but left and it seems so did all the care and life of this practice. Dr. Abro was great today and I have nothing negative to say about him or the woman that assisted.
GREED has taken over this once wonderful practice and my family will be leaving. I transferred my records as I left today. Majority of the staff previously all walked out and it was a very skeletal crew working today which was odd as there were always tons of people coming and going every other time I have been. I believe they are only taking problem cases right now as they have no one there to clean your teeth.

I have not been very pleased with my service at West Chester Dental. For months they have been canceling out appointments with no explanation. When we call we were told there were no dental hygienist. Recently my husband called on a whim and they had some hygienist filling in for them. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am on 6/3. I arrived at least 10 minutes early. I didn’t get called back for X-rays until about 10:30. The lady doing the X-rays appeared confused and not familiar with the equipment.
She only took a xray of the right side of my face and said “oh well” to the other side that she couldn’t get to work. I waited almost about half hour for the fill in hygienist who was nice, efficient and appropriate. However, she couldn’t really focus on her job because other employees kept popping in asking her when she would be finished. It was also obvious that she was not given the appropriate tour of the different rooms as she had to look for things just to complete her work. Jasmine still was very thorough and did a wonderful job. I was then told the Dr would be in to see me and I asked if they knew how long that would be as I had already been there 2 hours. I was told the Dr would be in within 15-20 minutes. I explained how long I had been there and that I had some work being done at my home and needed to get there.
I was met the response of “well, we only have one Dr. I was fuming but decided to wait at least 15 minutes. No one had come to check on me or provide an update. At 12:15 I went to the front desk and told them I could t wait any longer. The receptionist took my information and told me I was free to go. I have never had a cleaning appointment that took 2 hrs and 15 minutes. Sad to say that West Chester Dental is not the same anymore and it doesn’t seem that they are interested in respecting patients appointments and times.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I brought my son in for his very first dental exam, and I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and patient. They went above and beyond to make sure my little one felt safe and comfortable even making him laugh and smile throughout the appointment! The hygienist was so gentle and explained everything in a fun, age appropriate way, which really helped ease any nerves. Dr.
Patan was fantastic—kind, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I’m so grateful we found such a caring and supportive dental team. Highly recommend West Chester Dental Group for any parents looking for a positive first dental experience for their child!
