We drive 40 minutes from St. Charles to see Dr. Ahmed for our two kids ages 11 and 6 and have done so for eight years. I would highly recommend her for multiple reasons.

First, my kids have a unique enamel that requires extra care and thoughtful treatment. Second, not only does she make a point to come and talk to me after every appointment, but she is never in a rush, welcomes all questions and concerns and explains it all in terms I can understand no matter how long it takes. Finally, my kids love her and her jungle themed office.

After our family dentist felt that he could not fill my son's cavity due to his anxiety, he referred me a pediatric dentist. I took my son West County Pediatric Dentistry and Dr Ahmed far exceeded my expectations! She not only took care of his cavity with no problems, she also has educated me on what to say as a parent regarding dental work. I now take my daughter to her as well and she LOVES going to the dentist.

Dr. Ahmed and her staff are fantastic! Our first appointment with the office was for an early morning emergency. Dr. Ahmed was so very kind and welcoming even though we started her day early. All three of my kids(5,8,10) are happy and comfortable to go to the dentist for the last 3 years at this office. The assistants are always cheerful and easy going. I would love if they would reintroduce themselves to the kids, though, so the kids knew their name. Even my most timid child has always been comfortable to go back solo.

Dr. Ahmed is always smiling and using positive words around the children. When there has been a concern, she speaks with me in her office before going back to the child. She truly has their little ears and hearts on her mind. Jennifer at the front desk is always friendly and helpful when it comes to scheduling around children's busy schedules. We are very happy to be patients at West County Pediatric Dentistry.

My son is six and has always been very nervous about going to the dentist. Dr. Ahmed was so patient with him and helped to calm him down and understand what she was doing. He is now comfortable with his appointments and leaves the office with a smile. Fantastic and highly recommend!
