I absolutely love this place! The dentist and hygienists are all so kind and considerate! They all make sure to check in on your that you’re doing okay before going further into the process of it all. The office staff are all so sweet and caring! They’re wonderful. I highly recommend this place!

My hygienist is fantastic, and the dentists are great too. The women in the office are very nice, and helpful. If you can't get your call through set an appointment through the website or text. This is the only dentist in a 50 mile radius that takes my insurance and is accepting new patients. I must have called a hundred places. I recommend these guys for sure.

They never answer the phone nor do they call back. Never can talk to a person. Have to do it on line or by text message. If you have to cancel like we did due to grandson had the flu. Appointment was rescheduled on line but told they do not do appointments for fillings on line and after the appointment was made and no call back or nothing until the day of the appointment and told can't be seen by a text message.

This is unprofessional. Had an appointment for first visit during winter and drove over an hour to West Knoxville and the place was closed. Couldn't get anyone to answer phone and no not on the door. They didn't even attempt to contact anyone about the closer.
