Dr Naylor is the best dentist I’ve ever encountered. Her assistant Erin put aside all my fears, answered all my questions and made my experience so very comfortable. I had two crowns put on today in four hours. And we had a few laughs along the way. Who knew going to the dentist can make you happy! 😃

I see Dr. Brooks, and she is wonderful and non-judgmental. I’m a patient with some bad dentist experiences in the past, plenty of anxiety about dental/medical procedures, a long history of periodically avoiding the dentist, and a heap of embarrassment for avoiding! Literally everyone in office is so kind and understanding, from the moment you walk through the door until check-out. Everyone I interacted with took their time to explain everything and answer any questions I had.

The staff working at the front desk had texted with me when setting up my appointment, eased my worries with some friendly joking, and then knew/remembered who I was when I was physically there for my appointment. I can’t say enough good things about West Lake Dentistry.

The office is spotless, modern, and inviting, which immediately put me at ease. The hygienist was incredibly gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which I really appreciated. My cleaning was efficient but never felt rushed, and I left with my teeth feeling cleaner and healthier than ever. Dr.

Naylor also stopped by to check in, and you can tell the entire team genuinely cares about their patients. I can’t say enough good things about Westlake Dentistry.
